Gotta go bigger, Buffalo's have already taken good sized IED's and only had cracked windows. :D

I'm thinking 105mm (minimum) for that type of Buffalo.

Ok can someone reload this for me .

when the Rusians Invaded Finland... they were held off by a bunch of skiers and riflemen. The Germans didnt invade Switzerland for the same reason. The Japanese didnt follow through with invasion plans of the westcoast, fearing an armed response from regular citizens....As a general rule... no one wants to be shot. Even crazy armed people understand that, in any language.

The Russians, Germans and Japanese were contained by Riflemen... Not by pistol or shotgun totting defenders. History proves that a large well armed force can be effectively stalled by a single well trained motivated( entrenched) Rifleman.

So in SHTF( against armed threats)... Pistols and shotties are secondary weapons. the Rifle still rules.

Probably go with my Saiga .308. Common caliber, decent cartridge at just about everything but not perfect. Low capacity magazine if I have to lay low, higher capacity ones if I need to suppress enemies. Basically an AK on steroids. Reliable. easy to clean. powerful. decent range. Or.......maybe my SKS?

I know an associate at work who only has .22 guns. His logic is that he only needs to stock one caliber, and training is really cheap. He can easily carry 2000 rounds when others might only carry 200 round of another more combat effective round for the same weight.

Interesting discussion, none the less. :)

The A1 version has issues, mainly with jamming a lot due to a bad powder, lack of chrome lining, low twist rate, Dirt buildup and a short skinny barrel.

and I'm not talking M16 LOL

Damn, that asian descent strikes again... :lol2:

After watching him fire some 9mm Mak thru a 9mm Luger chamber, and .308 rounds where the shoulder was caved in, and countless other questionable things - I'll have to agree, the A1 has some issues that need to be addressed. :innocent0
