Sorry, I just noticed this question. I uploaded a few more photos. I actually found and installed a genuine Tempest Spinner. That thing was like $180 alone. It was one of my favorite Arcade games as a kid. Also works with Major Havoc too. The two joysticks are 8 position. The trac ball is optical, it's actually a hacked mouse ball thing, I sort of use it as a mouse to control the windows in the background, not really setup for any of the games. Let me know if you want to swing by one day to see it.
