I've replaced the stock seat post with a Thompson Elite one which is a $100 upgrade (http://www.jensonusa.com/store/product/SE707A07-Thomson+Elite+Seatpost.aspx), and the saddle with a Selle Italia titanium rail one ($150 upgrade). Also, I've replaced the stock pedals with an older Shimano 535 SPD. If you don't want the pedals I'll knock the price down accordingly. I would be willing to trade for a nice 1911. In addition I can work with you on the price if you want to trade for the following items: Mossberg, Nintendo wii, Ipod touch, Canon L series lens 16-35mm, 46in 1080p LCD TV, HD 1080P camcorder, teak wood steamer chairs, MacPro, Macbook Air, MRE cases, freeze dried foods. If you have any other items that you are willing to trade I'm willing to listen. However, I'm not looking to trade for another bike. I don't have any room even for this bike.
