I am looking for a pump action .22 rifle for mainly target shooting at an indoor range. Any thoughts good or bad on which one of these I should get?? Thanks for your input.

I have them both, and they are really nice guns. The remington shoots a little better than the Henry, while the henry is a less expensive. I would look for a nice used 572. Last time I was at Hafer's gunshop, he had one for sale, don't know if it still there. I think you will be happy with either gun.

Henry Lever Octagon Frontier is really nice if lever action is acceptable. I can't see paying more for the pump than lever action.

If you can find one, a lightly-used Taurus 22LR pump carbine should sell for about $175-200. I've owned two, currently have one. Better than typical Taurus product. I think Rossi made them for Taurus.
