Kudos to Mr. Gura! We all owe him a debt of gratitude.

And a donation to SAF would be in order as well, seems to me.

Sadly, it looks as though D.C., like Illinois, will have "shall-issue" before MD. :sad20:

Maybe it will lend some urgency to our litigation of FSA 2013 as various parts move forward. In any event, apply this 'liberally' ...

I bet they pass a license scheme that they say is Constitutional but is even more harsh than may-issue. The elected officials in DC have decided that they don't want you to have a right to bear arms and they're not going to just submit and comply with the ruling. They have plenty of tax dollars to fight the tax payers with

About time the last domino has fallen. Now all we have to do is take out "May Issue".

Needless to say, SAF has just earned another donation.

OMG, this is great news on a quiet Saturday afternoon. Of course, I'm certain DC will try to make as many hurdles as possible to carrying, but now the precedent has been set. Everyone will be watching now and the lower courts should be ready to engage if the new regulation is too onerous.
