I forgot outwitted - everyone else here apparently had the good sense not to go into law enforcement. Not in the State of Maryland anyway.

If it weren't for the men in blue who represent that very thin blue line. It's that thin blue line that is between civilization and anarchy. We only have an unforunate event like Katrina to remind of us of that.
