Looking for RIA 1911 9MM...
Looking for a ROCK ISLAND 1911 FS-TACTICAL 9MM PISTOL.
Anyone carrying one of these? New or Used? Price?

I also would like to buy the same gun.
RIA 1911 FS Tactical in 9MM.
I have the gun in 45cal and love it.
There is some disagreement with my dealer whether the 9mm is on the handgun roster.
This what the roster lists for RIA:
Rock Island Armory Govt Cmdr OfMod .45 ACP, .38 SUP, 9MM
Rock Island Armory Hi-cap Government 1911-A1 .45 ACP
Rock Island Armory Hi-cap Government 1911-A2 9mm
Rock Island Armory XT 22 1911-A1 .22 LR
One dealer says it's the 1911-A1 and since only .45 is listed 9MM is not on the list. The case the gun comes in is marked 1911-A1 FS Tactical 9MM.
Other dealer says it's the one at the top and since it's a 5" 1911 it's a GOVT model and is covered.
Since I have to buy this from gunbroker and transfer it, I don't want to end up stuck with something that won't pass MD muster.
Anybody know for sure if it will pass?
Thanks for the help.
