He's a FFL...it's not regulated in MD should be able to go to shop buy from him take home no issues.

WE WILL TRANSFER THE FIREARM TO OUR MARYLAND DESIGNATED FFL TO DO THE PAPERWORK IN MARYLAND, IT IS THE OUT THE DOOR PRICE! NO NEED TO DISCUSS IT ANY FURTHER, IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS YOU MAY CALL THE STORE AND WE WILL BE GLAD TO ANSWER THEM. PLEASE KEEP THE THREAD TO OFFER/BID IN A NUMERIC AMOUNT! AGAIN THIS IS A VERY HARD FIREARM TO ACQUIRE, GET WITHOUT BEING ON AN INFINITE WAITING LIST!
