That won't work if your credit card mailing address is still in Maryland. Well, it might work with some on-line sellers, but so would a PO box and that's a lot cheaper (unless you put your mail box in West Philadelphia, but then you would have other problems.)

I know someone :innocent0 who recently ordered some black rifle mags that had them shipped to PA. Changed his address on the credit card before the purchase. Afte rit showed up he changed it back to his MD addy. I think they will arrive sometime over the weekend at the PA addy.

    Former Marylander.

    He Understands.

He doesn't understand shit!! From his home page: "Please don't order anything that is illegal in your jurisdiction or if your credit card billing address is in a jurisdiction where they are illegal. I won't be able to ship it to you." There is no reason for anyone to have this rule. LOTS of places on the net ship mags to an address other than your billing address (HKParts.net, HKSpecialist, Classic City Firearms, etc). There is no reason not to ship to a legal state when I order with a MD billing address. Not only that, but he won't ship a +2 Mec Gar adapter to Maryland - a perfectly legal chunk of plastic. I used to order lots from Greg, now I don't. He might be a former Marylander, and I'm sure he understands, but doesn't seem to give a crap. Maybe it's his insurance coverage, or maybe he has some reason for the rule, but my business goes elsewhere these days.

... illegal in your jurisdiction or if your credit card billing address is in a jurisdiction where they are illegal

But they are not illegal in Maryland, and this dealer understands that.

We are not advocating anything illegal here. Is that what you think this thread is about?

Go ahead and buy some magazines or adapters from this dealer, but don't expect him to ship them to Maryland. He will ship to a Pennsylvania address. He does understand the Maryland law.

Its Hit and miss on vendors who will ship to out of state addresses with a MD Billing Address...as far as what I have read in here Gun Shows are the best route or UPS, or family or PO Box...
