MSP signoff question

    I am dropping off my Form 1 at the MSP barracks tomorrow. Do I need to attach the photos and FBI cards when I drop it off, or do they just need the Form 1 & Live Scan receipt?

    Form 1 and Livescan. When you get the Form 1 back, it all goes to BATFE.

    I am up to 4 weeks wait. Was told about 8 weeks.

    Just 2 copies of the Form1 and your LiveScan receipt. Just make sure you drop them off at MSP's Firearms Licensing Division in Pikesville. Thats the only location you can drop it off at. And I believe the drop-off hours are between 10am-2pm.

    Hold onto your passport photos and 2 FBI cards for when you receive everything back from MSP. MSP doesnt need them. Include them along with your signed Certificate of Compliance (Form 5330.20) and $200 check when you send everything off to the ATF.

    FYI, I just got a set back from MSP last week. It took 11 weeks. Hopefully yours wont take as long.
