Building a house - Looking for various trades.. (Saint Mary's County, MD)

Soo.. I'm in the process of building a house and looking for a few different trades.

Right now I am searching for a framer, roofer and drywall guys.

House will be built in Mechanicsville, MD - I can provide all the plans and details to anyone to get a quote. Looking to start on the build very soon. Finishing final clearing now.

Any recommendations in the area would be highly appreciated. Hard time to get people to get written quotes completed or even return phone calls sometimes.

Yeah - We are acting as our own GC. We have a lot of the pieces taken care of. Just having some problems finding a few trades.

call ken gentry at southern wood in laplata for framing and roofing and siding if you need it. they may be too busy to frame it though.

BK enterprises is a great drywaller. they are from Hollywood.
