We service all makes and models of AC Units from commercial to residential and all brands of commercial refrigerators and freezers. We also offer preventative maintenance services that included belt and filter changes, condenser cleaning, ice machine cleaning, grill maintenance and cleaning, stove maintenance and cleaning, plumbing maintenance, and many other services i.e. electrical, planetary oven repairs, snaking out sewer lines, lock set replacement, minor plumbing, carpentry, and handyman services.

Due to our recent but steady growth, we are now in need of an EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL HVAC & COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN. The essential function of our technicians are to serve our commercial clients by responding to their daily and sometimes emergency calls to repair, service and/or install their HVAC units & Restaurant Equipment.95% of our business comes from some of the biggest names in the fast food restaurant industry. Therefore, a candidate that has experience working in this type of environment would be a plus. A qualified candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience, a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and must be able to communicate with English speaking customers. He/she also must be experienced with commercial ice machines, walk in cooler/freezer, rooftop AC units, and must be CFC Certified.


Job Duties:
· Complete all required paperwork in time and with accuracy

· Maintain the equipment and inventory in your truck for maximum efficiency.

· Maintain any necessary licenses or certifications which may apply.

· Exhibit professional conduct at all times, this includes at the job site, while driving company vehicles and wearing company uniform

· Service, repair & install commercial HVAC equipment

· Service, repair & install commercial refrigeration equipment



Job Qualifications:
· Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· Must have at least 5 yrs. experience as a HVAC technician

· Must be able to speak and write in ENGLISH fluently.

· Must be experienced in commercial ice machine, walk in cooler/freezer repairs.

· Must be experienced with HVAC repair and service

· Must be experienced with rooftop AC units

· Must be CFC Certified

· Must have excellent customer service skills with the expectation of high customer satisfaction.

· Must be able to work without supervision and /or with little or no direction most times

· Must be trustworthy and responsible

· Must be willing to work in MD, DC & VA
