Northern Red has a carbine class coming up in Uniontown, PA in September. There is a waitlist, however.
J.D Potynsky (formerly of Tiger Swan) is an outstanding instructor and a great American.
Highly recommended.
If you're willing to drive to NC, Tiger Swan offers handgun and carbine classes that are simply outstanding.

Engage offers classes
I believe AJ was the primary instructor and left engage some time back to focus on building his training business.
I don't recall the name of his company and am mobile AT&T he moment so search is tough
