The Live Scan List from Maryland State Police Is incomplete and I Made a post earlier about if others new of locations that are not on the List.
NE Maryland, Cecil County is a poorly serviced area as well as a fair amount of Western Maryland.
So for locations please refer to the link above.

Cecil County--Cecil College North East. No Appt. Necessary but is recommended.

1Go to Live Scan Office pick up paperwork. Take with you The following Info for Paperwork:
Agency Authorization Number: 1300004845
Agency ORI Number: MD920511Z
Reason Fingerprinted: MD Public Safety Article, Section 5-117.1 pertaining to Handgun Qualification License.
1A Go to the College Cashiers office located in the Community Culteral Building - Bldg A, First Floor
2 Pay by credit card or cash.(does not say Cheques.)
3 Return to Livescan and follow procedure.
MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU A RECEIPT
Now afterwards.
Start your License online. Follow the instructions.
The only gotcha that I had was filling in fingerprint info.
The form asked for the PCN the Process Control Number.
The Receipt has a TCN Transaction Control Number. That is what I used.
Came out fine.
The Online Licensing process during it allows for you upload them a scanned image pertinent to the applications like pictures or training Certs or qualifying licenses paperwork.. There is some Text om MSP about doing the fingerprints and attaching the receipt as an upload to the application but the application never suggested that. Did Fingerprints o n Friday. I had a mailed letter to me Monday that my prints passes and then online all items listed completed on that Monday and only wait was Heath Check like everyone else. My card was approved over the weekend two weeks later and I received it the Monday right after 2 weeks since submitting.
Final Note. Please post below any new Livescan places other than those on the list and their info.
