Damn, that is a good price. I remember buying the exact same Federal 00 loads with can from Engage last year for $135.00

I guess it comes out about the same after tax & shipping.

Dumb question here, I know. But besides self-defense and the range, what can you use 00 for?

I just can't justify buying 175 rounds for HD.

Well the obvious answer there is hunting...

And shooting at the range for accuracy or at clays is different than a few rounds of buck at a paper target.

I forgot 3-gun competitions though.

You can use 00 for hunting. Buck refers to deer, I believe.
