Now if you could just legally assemble it into a complete rifle in MD...

Seems like a good deal. However, it's only $10 off their regular price.

Buddy bought one of those a while back, a blem. It works well decent accuracy, comparable to my other ARs.

People knock PSA and they can be a little slow to ship, but if you don't absolutely need it at that moment its hard to beat them.

What accuracy y'all getting with PSA uppers?

With a 16" barrel, I can do 3" groups at 100yds with iron sights off a bench. I'm sure the rifle can do better when a better shooter is squeezing the trigger.

PSA's quality and price are really tough to beat- assuming you're not in a hurry. Their typical lead time is 2-3 weeks.
