Does a frame require an HQL?

    Something to remember that was mentioned earlier about the 1911 carbines etc,per atf a pistol can be turned into a rifle but a rifle cant be turned into a pistol however the thompson pistol deal went to scotus if im not mistaken

    I am personally interested in turning a LoneWolf Timberwolf lower and a Mech-Tech CCU into a non-regulated firearm.

    My guess is you do, since the frame can only be built into a pistol unlike an AR. I would say calling and asking Engage would be your best bet.

    Glock lower... Made into a 16" rifle by attaching it to a MechTech upper...

    The upper is also available for 1911s and other platforms.

    Not yet. Hopefully the new Superintendant responds, but at this point, I'm not holding my breath that the status quo has changed. I asked some follow up questions to my PIA request and was basically told my follow up questions would only be answered once they got a check for the PIA request. That's what we've come to, and the sad thing is most people don't care.
