Short Summary
Mrs. R.'s former company (Ortho Practice) was bought by Medstar, and subsequently she was moved to from the practice to one of their billing companies. Long story Short, she is very unhappy there. There's a huge disconnect between Management and the Employees, no accountability and a whole lot of the "It's Not my job" culture. MRs. R. has a work ethic that's second to none, and is so organized it's scary.
