I used Massey fence out of Saint Mary's county at my Charles County home and then used them several years later when I moved to Calvert. They are a great Company.

I built my own a couple years ago. A lot of pride in it, but probably wouldn't do it again. Had to dig a couple hundred holes by hand because auger+tree roots=Bruised legs and hips from the handles swinging around when it gets in a bind.
Whoever does it, make sure they concrete every post. A lot of people try to take a short cut there and it comes back to haunt them later. One of my neighbors had a few sections come down on his new fence when the hurricane came through last year.
