21 States Attorneys from across the country have banded together for Marylanders and filed a lawsuit of their own to get the Recent gun legislation overturned. How awesome it is to have even more help from as far away as Alaska!

Ummm, no they didn't, what they did do, is band together to file an Amicus Brief in support of the lawsuit brought by AGC, MSI, MSRPA, MLFDA, three dealers and three Maryland citizens.

With the correction out of the way, this is a dupe, of a dupe of a dupe...

I know what it is, and at this point, anything helps. It's not a dupe of a dupe IMO. But what I feel it is, is them attempting to get the courts to see how our BS law violates the previous ruling of DC v.s. (Whomever the client was).

    Fear nothing, Nor anyone!

dblas means your thread is a duplicate of other threads. Not that the Amicus Curiae brief is a duplicate. One would hope that an Amicus Curiae brief doesn't just regurgitate what the plaintiffs have already filed, but I did not read it, so who knows.
