Well F$#K%^J@#%!!!!! I'd love a Honey Badger lower but I live in Maryland. In Maryland AR15 lowers sense when they cross the border into the state and turn into mind controlling machines that cause owners to go on shooting sprees.

Just repeating something I saw in another thread about lowers and Maryland's bs law. It's a giant pain in the ass and probably not worth the effort but I really want the Honey Badger lower and the only way would be to have it made into a HBAR rifle by an FFL. I don't have the logistics but it's a thought if you've got to have something that is now verboten. :sad20:

Having an 07 FFL assemble it into an HBAR would also force the FFL holder to engrave their name on it and charge 11% excise tax. Your best bet on something like that would most likely to buy the complete rifle already built by the mfger so as to avoid any extra engraving.

...or order the lower to be shipped to an FFL in your state of residence, which isn't MD, then leave it there till you escape from MD?

there may be an order inbound in a few days. car accident + ferret surgery means we may be a bit thinner this pay period than we prefer, in order to not have to use any savings to cover anything. we'll see.
