Seeking motivated individuals with the desire to earn a six figure income. These are commissioned positions with no limits on income. If you are not currently licensed as a Public Adjuster or a Home Improvement sales person we will assist you in training for either exam or both. We specialize in insurance restoration work and deal with claims as either a General Contractor or a Public Adjuster. Our business is insulated from downturns in the economy as insurance companies don't generally run out of money. As long as there are storms, fires, and other causes of property loss there will always be work. You will be helping property owners recover money that is owed to them from insurance companies so very little selling is involved.

You must have a valid drivers license and transportation. You must have a suitable background in order to be licensed by either the Maryland Insurance Administration and/or the Maryland Home Improvement Commission. You must have legible handwriting, a professional appearance, and a strong motivation to succeed. Basic math skills and a clear speaking voice are also vital to your success in either of these positions. Resumes can be faxed to 1-888-566-4245

Questions should be posted in this thread so that answers may be seen by all. Please no PM's in relation to this thread, my box is nearly full.

It's a commissioned position, but there's very little selling involved? What am I missing here?

We help people get repairs to their homes or businesses covered for next to nothing. The price they pay is the insurance deductible. If there is no approval through the insurance company there is no contract. It is the easiest sales job you could ever have. All damage is screened to make sure it is covered by insurance.

Position involves continuous financial transactions and is eligible for a G&S letter should someone desire to obtain a MD handgun permit.

I like the last sentence. Is part time an option?

Yes. Start out part time and end up full time is available also.

100% commissioned canvasser/marketing rep. positions available also. Earn $250 for each signed deal by simply offering free inspections to homeowners in target areas. In order for the canvasser position to meet G&S you must be willing to pick up checks from homeowners when they are available for pick up in the area you are canvassing/marketing.

I am interested in learning more about this opportunity. I work full time but it's a rotating 12 hr shift schedule. 4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next week. That leaves plenty of free time for additional work. How can I learn more?

What geographic areas are the positions responsible for?

Geographically, we go where the work is. The majority of the home improvement claims are for storm damage. Based on recent storms these damages are currently being found primarily in Carroll, Frederick, Prince Georges, Anne Arundel, Howard, and Montgomery counties. This changes as each new storm event occurs and could lead to work in any other county in Maryland.

I'm interested in this on a part-time basis. Is training and licensing paid for by the company or the individual?

Training and exam prep including study guides are provided by the company. Licensing fees are at your expense but can be reimbursed at the completion of your first deal.

    Licensing Fees:

    MHIC Salesperson $100.00
MD Public Adjuster $25 initial (Renewal $65)

OK, I'm definitely interested. What's the best way to learn more?
