Let's see... what did our MD legislators say we should do? Was it something like projectile vomit? Or was it pee and poop our pants? Scream rape? I forget.

Move to a place that lets you carry a: gun, knife, pepper spray, taser, or other self-defense tool.

All joking aside, I spend much of my time in foreign countries; where street crime is the most prevalent threat. The key is to not look out of place and to not look like a victim. By that I mean, be aware of your surroundings by anticipating or avoiding potential threats. And make an attacker think that there are easier targets than you.

Around the 2:00 min mark in the video as the security guys were cuffing him, I kept thinking they would put a cuff on the hand of that last guy with the purple shirt by accident, instead of the perpetrator's.

If someone attacks me, I'll kick his ass with anything that's sitting around...

Rule #1, I'm always armed with my knife with a very shart serrated blade...

I'm 70 go to the gym 3 times, spent my formidable years in the USMC where we were trained NOT to be a victim...

Once someone swings at me,I'm going to WAR...

I'll fight like there's no tomorrow...

Marines were brainwashed NOT to lose fights & there are no rules...

I would instantly drop everything I was carrying, Then start making loud karate noises, And hold up both arms while I lifted up my left foot, And then hold rock steady in a Crane stance.

For some reason that popped into my gourd.
In reality, just about anything can be turned into a weapon including your brain. I've had guns stuck to my throat, outnumbered 4 to one. There ain't sh!t you can do in that situation. Trust me. I was 14. Took my watch. Never put another one on.

This is a good example why we all need to learn basic self defense (empty hand) techniques, strikes, holds, armlocks and chokes!
