    Nice. Don't know how much weight it carries with the court, but I guess it is useful.

    IMHO, it's going to get tossed eventually. The waiting is the hardest part, like Tom Petty said.

    I'd love for him to give MD a big F U by making the HQL a non-resident carry permit for WV... That would be hilarious. The HQL training is basically identical to the NRA pistol course that satisfies the WV training requirement.

    By the time that happens, West Virginia residents will have Constitutional Carry and no permit requirements for residents, lol
