Finally decided to sell one of my three Maxims Machine guns.

Well, its been great having three Maxims but the bill is coming due on the third one and so one has to go. I wanted to give local guys a shot at it first. So I listed it here at MDshooters! I really would love to have someone buy it and shoot it with us. However anyone local would be great if nothing other than keeping me from having to box it and ship it! As many of you have seen, this Maxim has proven over and over to be a great gun and one of the most reliable shooters in the whole of MDTCA. Anyone who is seriously interested please email me. Anyway, if you ever considered owning a piece of history, this is your chance! I hope it sells locally but don't expect it to last long if I offer it on the open market. assuming one is a serious buyer and not just looking for a joy ride, IDK how you could NOT buy it after a tester. Talk about the ultimate sales pitch

If you are a serious buyer, yes sure. If not, come out to one of our shoots and I will let you shoot my other one.

Sounds pretty heavily used then. I'll give you the price from 1884.

Haha... Nope, new parts installed. New barrel and Bolt (Lock).

Actually in 1884 this would cost a LOT of money. Cutting edge technology is always super expensive!

SO MUCH TEMPTATION!!!!

I've already gotten pre-approval from my better half for a Thompson when when becomes available.... wonder how she would feel about a Maxim replacing our coffee table?
