Just picked up the can. Have to swap the barrel on the .30 BO AR.

I use a 7.62 SD on mine but I never considered any of my AR's "Hollywood" quite unless I shut off the gas system.
Then they are much less noise. Still not the quietest I have that would be the one on the right in this video.
