    Hello!

I have a cookie cutter Ryland Home from the 80's. I have a chimney that has a Chase Cover that is starting to leak. I am probably best not getting up on the roof and doing this myself. If you are a pro and know what you are doing, let me know. The roof is easy to access from the deck with a 6 or 8 foot ladder.

The current Chase Cover is something like 72 by 36" with a single hole for the chimney.

Also try Bateman's Chimney Service. My company has been recommending them for a long time for anything chimney related. 410-247-5999. They are in Arbutus.
