    No, this was a first one I bought as a prototype.
    Check that your version of CallManager down to the patch is compatible with this phone and firmware (you might want to verify with Cisco support). I've had phones lose complete functionality after an upgrade and compatibility was usually the issue.

    I don't have Callmanager, I was trying to set it up with a standalone SIP to use FreePBX.
