This isn't an isolated incident.

The Senate did THE EXACT SAME THING with a similar amendment to punish criminals.

That ammendment initially passed in the Senate, but then a revote was called and it failed.

Personally, had someone nullify a vote and did a recast, I be screaming "POINT OF ORDER!!!" and just gum up the works as much as possible.

I've been curious... Is there anything within the MD constitution or any other procedural document which would DISALLOW such a re-vote? Anything that can be used to throw the whole thing out due to incorrect process?

Anyone else notice the count keeps going down? First day after it was posted, it went up then reset. Earlier today, it was up around 30,000, now it's back down to almost 20,000. What???
