hql app "Prerequisites"

what does this mean?
i am using Internet explorer but there is nothing listed when i click in it. :sad20:

You must be a current handgun owner or go through a basic pistol training course.
I believe former military are exempt.....I'm sure there's more but I'm shooting from the hip here.

What is the URL of the webpage where you are seeing this? I do not see the word "prerequisites" on their site.

Not on MSP, on the "My License" page inside the HQL & certified instructor application. I saw it on my way thru to the instructor part

I have a license so maybe I just can't see it on the HQL "My License" page. "on the way" ....well I don't know where that might be. Clicking on applying for an instructor appl sends me back to the "My License" page.
