    Looking for someone to do a tune up on my outside HVAC unit. It's working fine, blowing cold, but it's squeaking when running, like it needs some lube on the fan or something. It's more annoying than anything. I'm not proficient enough to attempt to mess with it. 21227 zip.

    Your condenser fan motor is going bad, it will need to be replaced.
    You can oil it but it's only a temporary fix.
