If gun deaths are down it's because nobody can afford ammo! Even criminals are hoarding their stashes!

Speaking of lifesaving gun legislation, how is that spent casing law going, Vinnie? I heard that it almost helped solved a crime, but the truth was that Hommicide just needed something heavy to keep their door open and grabbed a barrel full of casings since they're otherwise useless. Mandatory fingerprinting for HQL users intends to build on this great success of making law-abiding gun owners feel like criminals while generating clutter and useless data, but I have my doubts. Maybe they can sell the fingerprints to identity thieves and get some money out of it?

He may be correct (after a fashion). The FSA caused such a buying spree that there are more guns in the hands of citizens and more guns = less crime. :)

Maybe we could look at some figures relating to reasonable CCW laws in other states and reduction in crime as opposed to MDs "May (NOT) Issue law.

I wonder how many "rogue" gun dealers were fined or shut down by MSP for unlawful activity? Are they being prosecuted?
What a lying piece of sh*t....

Has anyone considered a libel or slander case against this guy. It seems like dealers could show damages based on a false set of facts. Even if you loose you have him under oath.
