I'm in the process of selling my townhouse and just had the inspection done. We're waiting on any type of repair list to come in, so I figured it couldn't hurt to see if anyone here was a GC or recommends someone, that way if I need some repairs I have a list of people ready to go.
They have till Monday 3/24 to submit the list.
