I will update this later tonight with some pics, etc. I am looking for someone to come out and give me some estimates to put in a second retaining wall on a second terrace. The second level is pretty much excavated out. I would say its probably 20-25 feet long and 3 feet high.

I am not necessarily in the market to do it now, I need to get an idea of cost to start saving or potential Do it myself, and I highly doubt I want to do it myself.

I want to stress this is for information gathering only and I will not be ready to pursue this probably until next year. I want to get cost in place though.

I'm thinking block retaining wall with a large section of the "flat" area with pavers. Id like to build a stone fire pit on that level which I will do myself so that would need to be factored in (if at all) on the terrace.
