By law they are cash and carry but it looks like the MSP is classifying them as a regulated firearm so they would have to have the 77r.

It is a neat concept BUT for that price you could all but buy 2 complete rifles.
Or for about 60% of that price you could get the genuine article, an Armalite AR-10.
