    Not really MD 2A is it? Seems like some guy got off the hook for murder because he was able to find a lot of loopholes.

    The way i read it was the court of appeals overturned the conviction and returned it for retrial for ineffective counsel. The ineffective part was based on "Future" knowledge and 1 report that existed. The SCUSA said nope he was found guilty and the counsel couldn't have been expected to find that one report that contradicted the CBLA process. Seems a good call.
