    To define "good and substantial" is an impossible task?

    Doesn't the law require a person show a "good and substantial reason" for a carry permit?

    so say someone gets turned down b/c they can't substantiate their threat. god forbid they're then seriously hurt or killed by that same threat. could the state then be held liable for not issuing the permit allowing the person to protect himself?

    I'm "off" for about an hour so one socket is freed up...

    If 79 people are knocking this thing (live feed) over, then they would be better served running their server off a wifi hotspot.
