Are patrons allowed to bring their guns to look for buyers? Im guessing check-in at the entrance?

Don't know why you would bother to B.S. Just remain silent, it is your right.
You are only legally compelled to provide your Driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance in Md, and that is only if driving. If on foot you are only legally compelled to identify yourself (does not mean hand over driver's license), if and only if you are being arrested or written a citation.
