current ATF wait time

just had two Trust form 1 SBR stamps land today: first filed 20 April 2013, second on 28 September 2013. Woot!

I was just fixin' to call Martinsburg and ask where they were. Now maybe I'll call to say "thanks!"

I see build parties in my future.

Check cashed Oct 16
Kicked back 7-1 because ATF wanted a PO even though OAL > 30" and MSP signed off 9-12. resent
Approved 7-16

9 months from the day check was cashed including kick back delay (2 weeks)

I heard my form 4 P556 SWAT SBR (check cashed end of October) bounced back with a "need purchase order" request. Hoping to have it in my hands by mid-August.

Mine did too. Check cashed Oct 16, bounced back to Engage July 1, approved July 16th, recd. by Engage July 19th. Yours should be any day.

They wanted a receipt even though the MSP signoff was Sept 12th and the OAL> 29".

Looks like review times are getting a little better. Just had 2 - F4's that went pending 3/21/14 get approved this week. So around 4 months from pending.

The roster thing was started by MSP in March when they decided to enfore the "an SBR" is a handgun law to the letter. The roster board allowed submitted lowers used in pistols to count as approved as an SBR and vice versa.
