    I'm looking to purchase a BCM4 Lower Receiver Group. Do any dealers in MD have this in stock or will I have to purchase out of state and have it transferred?

    I had to buy mine from Grant at G&R Tactical and transfer it at my local ffl. It was an expensive transaction, but if you want a BCM lower, the price doesn't matter. I haven't seen any available anywhere lately.
