I applied at the height of the madness and got it back in three weeks.
I applied two months ago, turn around was two weeks!

It seems my collector status has not come into play at all since Oct. 1, 2013 for some strange reason.....

I applied about the time that AR15 lowers were declared legal for sale in MD again and it took less than 3 weeks as I recall.

I applied around 3 months ago. I waited four weeks and heard nothing. I emailed the trooper in charge of the licensing for msp. I had an email response within an hour saying I was approved and had the letter a few days later.
