Must be MD licensed to provide paperwork to home inspector.

I have one breaker that is double-wired and needs to be changed to dedicated for each one.

I also have a shower light that is on a light switch. I'm told it can be addressed with a GFI light switch (no breaker).

The work is in North East, MD. PM me if interested.

I'm not licensed or anything, but just my opinion...

May as well do both breakers at the same time and don't mess with the switch. The GFCI switch and breaker are comparable in price anyway.

Tandem breakers. I'm guessing your panel was not designed to use tandem breakers? Or did someone install the other circuit on the same breaker.

I learned something new when I was looking to get my garage wired. I got lucky. A breaker was installed but it wasn't used.

Check your panel and see if a tandem breaker can be used.
