Description:
PRS is hiring Outside Sales Representatives for the Montgomery County Sales Territory. In this position, you’ll identify and cultivate new prospects from relationships built with Bankers, Accountants and existing clients as well as direct prospecting efforts. Candidates will enjoy an exclusive Sales Territory with unlimited Sales Potential.
Compensation:
Candidates that meet the vigorous requirements of an industry leader will be compensated with:
Base Salary
Uncapped Commissions
Health Benefit Package
Lucrative Bonus Programs which include cash and trips abroad
Monthly Car Allowance
Monthly Phone Allowance
Monthly Expense Account
Company Laptop
Total Compensation packages start at 60k with top reps earning 150k annually.
Qualifications Required:
Candidates will be required to display effective sales techniques and uphold our CORE values during the sales process. Candidates will display professionalism in appearance and communications. Candidates will be self-motivated and determined. This position allows for a flexible schedule in which the Candidate will set his work schedule. BA/BS in business or related field preferred. Sales experience is a plus. Must be fluent in English and possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
