Buddy of mine worked there for a couple years. Retired cop, he did repairs and traveled a lot to teach classes all over the country. He wound up hating the place after a while BUT he got some GREAT deals, some even below cost.

That's the dream job for someone who has a couple grand in the bank to relocate. I'd love to live on Assateague Island with my son... just don't have the scratch to up and move!
