    I started a new thread because I did not want to hijack the other welding thread. I am not trying to take work from the other guy, just offering up services he does not offer. I can complete your small TIG welding projects, stainless, aluminum, and carbon steel. I am no gunsmith but I can weld bolt handles and other items.
    I offer reasonable prices and quick turn around. I am offering my services to fund the expansion of my home shop. I have made my living as a welder/fabricator for 20+ years.
    Thanks

    No worries about "hijacking" threads! Here's hoping that you get some work. We're all in this together. At least, thats the way I see it (maybe I'm a little too old fashioned). Buy me a beer and we'll call it even!

    I will keep that in mind. I have a MIG gun and a little gas rig. I can stick steel together, but it ain't pretty. I'm in Reisterstown, so you're right up the street.

    Yes yes yes. I need three 304 stainless fittings tig'd onto a new brew pot. Low priority so I hadn't gotten around to looking for a welder to do the work. Only issue is they need to be sanitary welds if at all possible. Good timing. :beer:

    I know this is a little more heavy duty then a brew pot;

    Sanitary isn't too difficult, 90% is fit

    I need to have 2 holes filled on a Glock 17 slide. One was the original front sight hole that was rounded out and another hole right behind it. The gun had an after market front sight that required two holes. I would like to get them filled so I can then redo the correct size and shape hole for an oem front sight. I can post pics later today. let me know if this is something you would want to do.
