Eh, all relative I guess. I was one of the early backers in their crowd-sourced campaign. It was basically the same price as a two-year membership if I remember correctly. It was still a pretty big leap of faith.
They seem to be wading through all the red-tape well and continue to move forward. Hopefully they don't hit any huge roadblocks. I wish them nothing but the best of luck.

And actually several years ago there was going to be a Hooters built out in front of Home Depot where there's now an Hour Eyes (or something like that) in the same strip as Chick Filet. Not sure what happened. but we were close!
