The daily derp. Belt problems

I just bought a High Speed Gear 1.5" rigger belt for concealed carry. The belt is extremely well made and very comfortable but there's just one problem. It doesn't fit through any of my belt loops! I'm so aggravated that I didn't bother trying to thread it through while in the shop. Hopefully they'll return or exchange it for me.

I don't think those are meant for dress pants... I had the same problem with a leather gun belt and most of the slacks I own.

I did get it through one pair of shorts and the belt itself is comfortable enough. My sadness level is at an all time high. I need a good gun belt and I guess I'll keep looking. The shop also has Vertx belts and the buckles look to be slightly lower profile, I may try one of those.
