Placed an order online yesterday, got this email today:

According to the Ammunition Ordering Restrictions field in our Terms and Conditions
- Maryland: No Sales to the City of Annapolis and Montgomery County
If you are a FFL dealer or Law Enforcement Officer, please contact me for the documentation required to proceed. If you are not a FFL dealer or Law Enforcement Officer, we will need to cancel the ammunition portion of your order or cancel the full order.
In the event we do not receive a reply to this email within 14 days, you will automatically receive a refund for your order. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

and I've ordered ammo from them several times since without a problem, all of a sudden there's a problem.
So I talked to this drone, Tracy, who was VERY sensitive "I don't want you to get all upset sir" when all I said was, I've gone through this before, Montgomery county doesn't have any restrictions on shipping ammo, your company straightened that out, please escalate this to someone higher up for review.
WTF is this about?
And now it's three people in MoCo. And they're losing revenue.

That's the exact same email I got. 
I sent them a copy of the decision from 1985, but nope told me to get lost.

Says she'll send the request up to the next level and get back to me.
Meanwhile, there's other sources, just that I've got several thousand dollars worth of ammo charges pending on my AMEX card right now and would like to get this straightened out ASAP.

Agree, mine's coming tomorrow. Very fast for them.
Hope they revise their nonsensical Montgomery County restriction on ammo shipments.
