So I'm not a paid endorser of them, but a happy customer after doing some research and hearing about absurd prices for fingerprinting. FYi Fingerprints out of Ellicot City MD is a great option.

I got both blue cards and livescan done for $38 bucks. He does quite a few class III's a day and even waived his $20 processing fee. He's a great guy and funny too. If I have a good business experience I share it....its that simple. :D

Unless you know the area use your GPS...its old town ellicott city (historic distric). You'll go up some winding hill and its just across from the Sheriffs Office.

Thanks for the reference. I am not planning on a class III anytime soon, but this could be useful for my work. Some of the clients we work for need background checks performed, and we always seem to find out about them with limited time for completion.

I've raved about how good FYI is for a few years now. They've done all my prints since they were recommended to me about 3 years ago. They're a well run business and you'll be in and out in less than 20 mins.

wow, I went today and it was $58. Still better than that place in Glen Burnie that screwed me over hard.

Got my teacher-prints there. Had a good experience, except the wait was kind've long on that particular day.

They did mine for my HQL at the Timonium gun show several months ago, convenient, well almost. My prints were rejected so I had to drive to EC for a free redo but very nice people. Apparently if you've done a lot of work with your hands and solvents it can be hard to get good prints. In my case bar tending for 25 years and painting houses. They also said that house cleaners and janitorial people have a hard time. All in all, very nice people and reasonable. It seems all HQL places charge the same fee, or should!. Print costs vary depending on the reason.
