I can't speak to their C&R policy but they've always been good to me.

If you haven't been there before: Study a map beforehand because they're off the main highway. Also, be mindful where you park. They share a building with a dog groomer and a few spaces are marked reserved for that business.

Not sure about their policy regarding C&R but they are an awesome group of people to work with. They are careful about selling certain items to Maryland residents but who can blame them. They will sell you a rimfire rifle cash & carry however, last time I asked they would not sell me an AR-10.
Their prices can be on the high side but they are great to deal with and will also ship regulated items they sell to MD. FFL's.

Great place, good people and lots of stuff.
I had emailed on Wed and they emailed me back that day.
Very C&R Friendly. No fuss. Signed a blank copy of C&R then handed over DL for them to do their own paperwork while browsing the store.
Highly recommended.
They have most of the used items right there on the website.
